JLBC Company Commander
The JLBC company commander is responsible to the JLBC Battalion Commander for everything their company does or fails to do. The Co. CO keeps the JLBC Battalion Commander advised of their company's training status, especially of any area where additional training is required. The Co. CO ensures that the subordinate leaders are prepared for training on the drill field, and the Co. CO constantly supervises the movement to ensure that it is conducted correctly. The Co. CO recommends assignment, reassignment, promotions, and reductions of JLBC Cadets under their command.
