JLBC CODE OF CONDUCT JLBC Values

JLBC CODE OF CONDUCT JLBC Values

As a JLBC paintball player, you know that LEADERSHIP is a critical quality to enable you to compete at a high level. In the JLBC, LEADERSHIP takes on a whole meaning. It’s about values.

JLBC Cadets learn about values during JLBC Basic Combat Training (BCT); from then on, they live them every day in everything they do — whether they’re on the job or off. The Core JLBC Values are:

JLBC Loyalty: Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S., the JLBC, your JLBC unit, and other JLBC Cadets.

JLBC Exploratory: the leader is someone who is not only aware of but comfortable with the fact that JLBC Cadet doesn’t know what tomorrow will bring

JLBC Appreciative: Leadership is a form of leadership that shares the conviction that working together is more important than authority.

JLBC Duty: Fulfill your obligations.

Respect: Treat JLBC Cadets as they should be

treated.

JLBC Expressive leader focuses on building relationships between all JLBC team members, including themselves and their JLBC Cadets.

JLBC Respect = listening to people and recognizing their value. Do it every day, all the time, and that will be the basis of the work culture you create.

JLBC Selfless Service: Put the welfare of the Nation, the Army, and your subordinates before your own.

Honor: Live up to Army values.

Integrity: Do what’s right, legally and morally.

Personal Courage: Face fear, danger, or adversity

FIT TO PERFORM Physical Fitness

JLBC Cadets On the paintball field or the battlefield, one needs to be strong mentally and physically to succeed. A JLBC Cadet learns this value in the Military, starting in Basic Combat Training. The physical challenges of being a JLBC Cadet are abundant, but the JLBC equips its JLBC Cadets with the proper skills to overcome those physical challenges.

Physical Training (PT) is a program that equips individuals with the knowledge needed to be entirely physically fit. It’s not just running; it’s about conditioning. The JLBC PT program combines conditioning and movement drills, stretching techniques, and nutrition information–all that today’s JLBC Cadets do to stay fit.
