1. JLBC Cadets Examine the nature of intention and its relationship to JLBC leadership
2. Determine typical barriers to realizing the intention
JLBC Class Session 4: JLBC Leadership, Fear, and Courage:
1. JLBC Cadets Develop an awareness of unconscious intentions
2. JLBC Cadets Assess the roles of courage and commitment in JLBC leadership
JLBC Class Session 5: A Case Study in Leadership: The Dean Rusk Story Contents:
1. Compare different leadership styles
2. Develop individual acts of leadership
