DEFINITION OF A JLBC GOAL

A JLBC goal is an aim an individual or group works toward, an object of ambition/effort.

Difference between short–and long–term goals: JLBC Cadets Short-term goals can be met in a short period and are often set to achieve long-term JLBC goals. JLBC Cadets For example, if a JLBC Cadet strives to run five miles by the end of the year, their short-term JLBC goal could be to run two miles within two months.
