DEVELOP IN YOUTH THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOOD COMMUNITY SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP

The JLBC cadet program aims to help develop JLBC cadets as good community service and leaders. JLBC Cadets Through citizenship and community service activities, the JLBC cadet develops an understanding of and an appreciation for JLBC community membership and involvement within cadet, local, regional, provincial, national, and global communities. Cadets’ active participation will have a positive impact on local communities, which will contribute to community strength and vibrancy. JLBC Cadets develop interpersonal skills through leadership activities and assume responsibility as influential JLBC team members, JLBC leaders, and JLBC dynamic coaches. JLBC Cadets will develop the ability to conduct themselves ethically and socially responsibly.

JLBC PROMOTES PHYSICAL FITNESS

The JLBC cadet program aims to promote physical well-being. JLBC Cadets develop an understanding of the benefits of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. JLBC Cadets This understanding, combined with ongoing participation in fitness activities, aids in developing positive attitudes and behaviors that build resiliency within JLBC cadets and enable them to meet challenges.

JLBC STIMULATES THE INTEREST OF YOUTH IN ACTIVITIES OF THE JUNIOR LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP

The JLBC cadet program aims to expose youth to the leadership, fitness, and martial arts activities of the Junior Leadership Bootcamp (JLBC). JLBC Cadets develop essential skills through introduction and interaction with their respective JLBC communities. The JLBC cadet program educates and promotes liaison with community service, business adventure, and military communities. JLBC Cadets These combined experiences and interactions are essential to the unique identity of the JLBC cadet organizations. Also, they distinguish the JLBC cadet program as a whole from other youth development programs.

JLBC CADET PROGRAM

Closing statement: The JLBC program provides the JLBC cadets with a greater understanding of what it means to be a JLBC cadet. The purpose will contribute to the development of a sense of pride in belonging to the JLBC cadet program.

JLBC CADET UNIFORM

Importance: The JLBC cadet uniform is highly recognizable, and the standard of JLBC personal appearance, dress, and JLBC grooming shall be such as to reflect good conduct on the JLBC Cadet individual as well as on the Junior Leadership Bootcamp Cadet Organization (JLBC).
