1. Purpose:
To provide clear guidance on how Warrior team practices are to be executed. To give the set rules and regulations of the Warrior team and set the standard for every participant to abide by. To provide insight into the events in which the warrior team will participate during practice or competitions.
Scope:
This SOP applies to all Cadets of the Junior Leadership Basic Course (JLBC) participating in the Warrior Team and the activities related to the team. It covers the procedures and standards for practices, competitions, team rules and regulations, communication, safety measures, and performance evaluation.

The Team Coach will conduct the Warrior Team selection with the JLBC's senior officers. The selection process will consider the cadets' physical fitness, leadership skills, and academic performance.
