**JLBC Cadet Corps Policies and Procedures**

The JLBC Cadet Corps is a commendable institution designed to foster character development, leadership, and community service in young individuals. This organization emphasizes discipline, responsibility, and commitment to its members. The policies and procedures outlined below aim to uphold these principles and ensure an enriching experience for all participants.

**Operating Hours**

The JLBC Cadet Corps operates Monday through Wednesday, opening at 6:30 a.m. and closing at 6:00 p.m. These hours have been set to provide a conducive environment for learning, training, and character development while ensuring the safety and well-being of all cadets.

**Drop-off and Pick-up Policy**

Students must be dropped off by 9:30 a.m. to maintain a well-structured schedule. The late arrival of cadets disrupts the orderly flow of the program and can affect the learning experience for all participants. It is equally important that students are picked up by 2:30 p.m. This allows all cadets to participate in the day's program and activities fully.

However, the JLBC Cadet Corps understands that unforeseen circumstances or appointments may occasionally alter the usual routine. Prior arrangements or notification should be given to the front office in such cases. This advanced communication allows the staff to ensure the well-being of the cadet and organize the day's activities accordingly.

**Discipline and Conduct**

Discipline is a fundamental aspect of the JLBC Cadet Corps. All cadets are expected to behave to reflect the organization's core values of respect, integrity, and responsibility. Unacceptable behaviors such as bullying, violence, or disrespect will not be tolerated. Any cadet who violates the conduct policy may face disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, depending on the severity of the infraction.

**Dress Code**

Cadets must wear the official JLBC Cadet Corps uniform during all activities and events. The uniform symbolizes unity and pride and must be worn correctly and neatly. The commanding officer must approve any deviation from the dress code.

**Participation**

All cadets are expected to participate in the JLBC Cadet Corps activities actively. This includes physical training, leadership classes, community service activities, and other events or programs. Active participation helps instill the values and skills the organization aims to impart.

**Absences and Leave**

In case of illness or personal commitments, cadets or their parents must inform the organization immediately. Regular attendance is crucial for the cadets' progression and their collective functioning as a unit.

The JLBC Cadet Corps is where young individuals learn, grow, and contribute to their communities. By adhering to these policies and procedures, cadets and their families can ensure a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
