JLBC Cadet Efforts to direct resources (human, financial, material, intellectual and intangible) to assist in accomplishing the JLBC mission and betterment of the organization. (US Army (FM 22-103)

JLBC Cadet directs and controls a group of one or more people or entities to coordinate and harmonize that JLBC group towards accomplishing a JLBC goal. (Diffen.com: Kate T., 2019)

JLBC Cadet was achieving goals in a way that makes the best use of all resources.

JLBC Cadet Management is a process with a social element. JLBC Cadet, it requires the efficient use of resources combined with the guidance of people to reach a specific organizational objective. It involves the responsibility to achieve the goals and to fulfill specific corporate purposes through economic and effective planning and regulation. JLBC Cadet It’s about taking charge and ensuring focus is placed on the things and aspects of the business that help achieve the JLBC vision and the JLBC goals. (Anastasia, 2017)

Management sets goals by exercising related functions: planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and using resources (people, information, money, or materials).
