JLBC Ways to Train

Skill-related fitness refers to a group of essential abilities that helps you perform well in sports and activities requiring specific physical skills. The skill-related fitness components have five elements: agility, balance, coordination, reaction time, and speed. JLBC Cadets These elements are basic skill sets that build up to growing or developing individual fitness or athletic skills. JLBC Cadets A Skill is being able to do a task through knowledge and practice. Skills are referred to in two separate references: physical and motor skills. Physical/motor skills refer to muscles and nerves working together to complete a series of movements applied to fitness and recreational activity.
