JLBC DESIRED OUTCOME
Objectives
JLBC Cadets will be familiar with leadership theories at the higher levels, involving indirect JLBC leadership and JLBC management.
JLBC Cadets At the end of instruction, each JLBC cadet will be able to:
JLBC cadet Name and describe the six power bases and how they combine with influence to affect leadership styles.
2. JLBC cadet Discuss senior cadet leaders' responsibilities within the JLBC Cadet Corps and how they influence the JLBC cadets and JLBC organization.
3. JLBC cadet Discuss the three skills of JLBC coaching, JLBC mentoring, and JLBC counseling
4. JLBC cadet Outline and discuss the process of determining goals for improvement and improving an area of the JLBC Cadet Corps program.
5. JLBC cadet Discuss Fayol's 14 Principles of Management and how they apply to the role of a JLBC cadet officer in the JLBC Cadet Corps.
