JLBC CADET BILL OF RIGHTS
JLBC Student Bill of Rights
JLBC student cadets have the right to expect the following:
Article 1: JLBC Cadets have the right to experience a safe environment to learn and mature and to expect mentorship that is given without prejudice to all participants.
Article 2: JLBC Cadets have the right to expect professional, experienced, and knowledgeable instructors who present a curriculum that prepares cadets with life skills that will serve them both during and after the program.
Article 3: JLBC Cadets have the right to receive a professionally presented curriculum that develops cadets with interpersonal and organizational communicative skills.
Article 4: JLBC Cadets have the right to expect that JLBC Instruction will enhance and assist in mastering all of their school subjects.
Article 5: JLBC Cadets have the right to understand exactly how they will be evaluated and graded.
Article 6: JLBC Cadets have the right to participate in co-curricular activities that further develop teamwork and leadership abilities. This right pertains not only to athletic and physical activities but also to mental and community service.
