1. Eligibility

The most basic eligibility requirement is prospective JLBC cadets must be between 08 and 18 years old. (Keep it simple; for additional requirements, see Juniorleadership.net .)
Prospective JLBC cadets must attend x meetings before officially applying for membership (explain local policies).
Parents are encouraged to join either to support JLBC cadets or contribute to our emergency services or military education missions. Parents can also support JLBC cadets informally by serving on a parents’ committee.
