What have you learned? Can you apply what you know to a situation?

The skills that you will gain through being a Junior Leader can enhance and support your career plans, including volunteer and paid work. Commit to keeping the up-to-date date, building up your skill level, and designing a personal action plan.

The choice here is yours. Whatever you choose, it should stretch your capabilities, and If it does not, your choice is too easy!
