Leadership has been a top interest for hundreds of years, from the early Greek philosophers such as Socrates and Plato to the plethora of leadership and management gurus whose books fill airport bookshops. Seldom, however, needs effective leadership to be voiced more strongly than now. JLBC Cadets It is argued that in this changing, global environment, administration holds the answer not only to the success of individuals and organizations but also to regions, sectors, and nations.
