**Objective:** Introduce sixth graders to the Mini Bootcamp Program at 10:10 Academy JLBC Cadet Corps and provide a clear understanding of what to expect over the next 15 weeks.

**Agenda:**


1. **Opening Ceremony (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)**

- National Anthem

- Pledge of Allegiance

- Welcome speech by the Head of 10:10 Academy JLBC Cadet Corps


2. **Introduction to the Mini Bootcamp (9:40 AM - 10:00 AM)**

- Brief about JLBC Cadet Corps

- Purpose of the Mini Bootcamp Program


3. **Icebreaker Activity: "Getting to Know You" (10:10 AM - 10:40 AM)**

- Each cadet will share their name, favorite hobby, and one fun fact about themselves.


4. **Overview of the 15-week Program (10:50 AM - 11:30 AM)**

- Week-by-week breakdown

- Expected outcomes for the cadets

- Highlight of field trips, guest speakers, and practical exercises


5. **Introduction to Leadership (11:40 AM - 12:10 PM)**

- Brief discussion on the concept of leadership

- Why is leadership important?

- Fun video on young leaders around the world


**Lunch Break (12:15 PM - 1:15 PM)**


6. **Group Activity: "Leadership Traits Bingo" (1:25 PM - 2:05 PM)**

- A bingo game where cadets identify and mark traits of a good leader when they see or hear them being mentioned.


7. **Q&A Session (2:15 PM - 2:45 PM)**

- Cadets can ask questions about the program, activities, or anything else they're curious about.


8. **Setting Expectations & Rules (2:55 PM - 3:25 PM)**

- Discussion on behavior, discipline, and what's expected of each cadet.

- Importance of teamwork, respect, and punctuality.


9. **Closing Activity: "My Leadership Goal" (3:35 PM - 4:00 PM)**

- Each cadet will write one leadership goal they aim to achieve by the end of the program on a star-shaped paper. These stars will be displayed in the classroom as a constant reminder of their objectives.


10. **Wrap Up & Day 1 Reflection (4:10 PM - 4:30 PM)**

- Cadets share one thing they learned from the day and one they are looking forward to in the program.

- Closing remarks by the instructor.

**Materials Needed:**


- Projector for video and slides

- Bingo cards and markers for the "Leadership Traits Bingo"

- Star-shaped papers, pens, and a display board for "My Leadership Goal"

**Note for the Instructor:** Maintain an upbeat and encouraging atmosphere. Remember, many cadets may be nervous or unsure on the first day. Your positive energy will set the tone for the rest of the program!
