JLBC Capacity Building for Organizational Effectiveness
Most work, commonly called “capacity building,” was focused at the organizational level. The capacity building seeks to build the ability of an agency to achieve the desired outcome. They support organizations in building and maintaining the infrastructure, skills, and resources to achieve their mission.
Understanding the elements and features of charity effectiveness is necessary to support organizations to achieve the above.
