A corporation, as it implies, is a social system deliberately established to carry out some definite purposes. It consists of several people in patterned relationships. There is a need for team training to enhance the team-building experience. Team building is helping a workgroup become more effective in accomplishing its tasks and satisfying the group members' needs. If we look at the JLBC as a social system} then a strategy of change must aim at changing the entire JLBC system - not merely part of it. A method for creating a more significant impact is to expose an executive team to simultaneous training. The problems and people are still there} the same communication blockage} the same clinging to traditional values} and the same little groups here and there with one intention or the other, which is to keep the JLBC system in its homeostatic steady state.
